• Content: tasks, goals, habits, notes, and other content you create inside Tera.
• Workspace data: members, roles, and team tasks if you use workspace features.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely by Stripe. We never store raw card data.

• Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interactions within the app.
• Device and browser information for security and performance.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Tera service.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.

Tera stores your user-created content such as tasks, goals, habits, notes, and workspace data so the app can provide its core productivity features.

Your tasks, goals, habits, notes, and personal workspace content are private. Tera app admins and other users do not have permission through the app to view your personal productivity content unless you explicitly share it with them through workspace features.

We do not read, review, sell, or use your personal tasks, goals, habits, notes, or workspace content for advertising.

Your content is used only to provide the features you request, such as:

• Saving and organizing your tasks, goals, and habits.
• Displaying your plans and progress.
• Syncing workspace data with team members you invite.
• Powering AI Coach when you choose to use it.

AI Coach: When you use AI Coach, relevant tasks, goals, habits, and workspace context that you are allowed to access may be processed by OpenAI to generate helpful responses and create requested tasks. This processing is used only to provide the AI Coach feature and is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.

Payment Information: Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Tera does not store raw card numbers.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers: trusted third-party companies that help us operate Tera (e.g., Stripe for payments, hosting providers). They are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Workspace members: if you are part of a team workspace, your name and email may be visible to other workspace members and admins.
• Law enforcement: if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Tera uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but this may affect the functionality of the app.

• Stripe: for payment processing and billing. Stripe does not store your card details — only Stripe sees raw card data.
• OpenAI: for AI Coach responses. Your messages and interactions with AI Coach may be processed by OpenAI in accordance with their privacy policy.

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Tera after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
